  • 1 Pound Dried Red Beans
  • 1 Link Chicken Sausage (quartered)
  • 2 Links Smoked Sausage (sliced)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (diced)
  • 1 Rib Celery (diced)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 6 Cups Water
  • 2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
  • 1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Rinse the dried red beans under cool water to remove debris.
  2. Dice the onion and celery, then mince the garlic.
  3. In your slow cooker, combine the rinsed beans, quartered chicken sausage, sliced smoked sausage, diced onion, celery, minced garlic, bay leaves, water, beef bouillon cubes, and Cajun seasoning.
