  • 8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, canola oil, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Stir in grated carrots and zucchini until evenly incorporated.
