  • olive oil
  • paprika
  • cumin
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • asparagus spears
  • cream cheese
  • shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • baby potatoes
  • dried herbs (thyme or rosemary)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat each salmon fillet evenly with this mixture.
  3. Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, and garlic powder in another bowl until smooth. Spread over asparagus spears.
