  • 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 8-10 slices White Bread

Instructions

  1. Wash, hull, and dry strawberries.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip softened cream cheese until light and fluffy (2-3 minutes).
  3. Add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla; whip until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in lemon zest.
  5. Spread cream mixture on each slice of bread.
  6. Layer strawberries on half of the bread slices; top with more cream mixture.
  7. Place remaining slices of bread on top and press gently.
