  • 1 cup cold whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based gelling agent (vegan gelatin)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and almond extract until crumbly. Press into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth; mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Fold in sliced strawberries.
  3. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form; then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture. Spread over the crust.
