Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture while mixing on low speed.
