  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 pint strawberries (sliced, remove caps)
  • 1 cup tomato-basil feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 cup pecans (chopped)
  • 6 whole strawberries (remove caps)
  • 1/4 cup tomato-basil feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and tear the red romaine lettuce and mixed greens into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Slice the strawberries after removing their caps and add them to the greens.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled tomato-basil feta cheese and chopped pecans over the mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, dried basil, and salt until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
