  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour, sugar, and salt. Blend in cold butter until crumbly. Add ice water until dough forms; chill for 30 minutes.
