Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (very soft)
  • 15.25-ounce box strawberry cake mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 8 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Add the strawberry cake mix and egg; mix on low speed until well combined into a tacky dough.
  3. Press half to two-thirds of the dough into an even layer in the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle white chocolate chips over the base layer, then drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly.
  5. Break remaining dough into small pieces and scatter on top; it doesn’t need to cover completely.
  6. Bake for about 27-30 minutes until edges are light golden brown and center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares.
