  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 8 sheets Rice paper wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lean ground beef, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, shredded carrots, chopped bell peppers, and fresh basil. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the beef mixture for 5–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Soften rice paper wrappers by dipping them in warm water for about 10 seconds.
  4. Place two tablespoons of filling on the wrapper's bottom third, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Serve immediately with dipping sauces like sweet chili or soy sauce.
