- 2 hibiscus tea bags or 2 tablespoons dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- Brew the hibiscus tea by boiling water and steeping the tea bags or dried flowers for 5-7 minutes. Allow it to cool.
- Blend washed and sliced strawberries with 1/4 cup of cooled hibiscus tea until smooth. Strain if desired.
