  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 8 eggroll wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, jalapeños, green onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay an eggroll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling diagonally on the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling and roll tightly while tucking in the sides. Seal edges with water.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet to 350°F (175°C). Fry eggrolls seam side down in batches for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
