  • 6 tablespoons salted sweet cream butter (melted and cooled)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces whipped topping (thawed)
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 6.8 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1½ teaspoons caramel flavoring
  • 1 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts (divided)
  • 2½ cups chopped turtle candies (divided)
  • Chocolate syrup (optional garnish)
  • Caramel sundae syrup (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of the dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese and vanilla until smooth; add powdered sugar and whipped topping, mixing until combined.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  5. In another bowl, whisk milk, pudding mix, and caramel flavoring until thickened; fold in whipped topping.
  6. Layer half of the peanuts and turtle candies over the cream cheese layer, then drizzle with chocolate and caramel syrup.
  7. Spread pudding mixture on top, cover, and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Top with remaining whipped topping, peanuts, and turtle candies before serving.
