1 lb ground chicken
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (non-alcoholic)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
4 burger buns
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, spinach, white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
Shape the mixture into four equal patties about 3/4 inch thick.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for 5-6 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Allow cooked patties to rest for a few minutes before placing them on burger buns and adding your choice of toppings.
